Use of this site is by subscription and all subscribers remain forever responsible for the content they publish on the site. InPulse Technologies LLC reserves the right to lockout any materials deemed offensive, or that has a claim filed by a purported rights holder, or material that affects the efficient operation of the site.
InPulse Technologies LLC limit of liability for any loss cannot exceed the Subscription Fees. All subscribers recognize that they alone are responsible for the data and information stored on this system.
Subscribers are responsible to back up their lists and other images, sketches, or documents. InPulse Technologies LLC is not responsible for lost data in part or in total.
